Tutoring Services Code of Conducts

VNCIA LLC will not be responsible or guarantee any grades, performance improvement. All information and guidance provided is not guaranteed correct in any way. It is the responsibility of the students to verify with his or her teachers, textbook and research the information provided during the tutoring session.
Rights of the Tutor(s)
The right to deny a tutoring request
The right to deny solving a particular problems
The right to deny request of the student to complete his or her test or exam.
The right to use various teaching methods and techniques to help the students understand the problems and concepts.
The right to cancel a scheduled lesson with proper (24 hours) prior notice.
Responsibilities of the Tutor(s):
To help the student, to the best of the tutor's knowledge, with his or her homework, reviews and lesson.
To maintain professionalism in his or her tutoring services.
To be at the tutoring location at least 5 minutes before appointment time.
To treat all students and other VNCIA's staffs with respects regardless of age, colors, beliefs, and disabilities.
To report, give feedback, and keep a good record of contact time with the students.
To keep all students' information confidential to the fullest extend provided by laws.
Rights of the Student(s):
To ask any questions of the subject(s) being tutored to understand the tutoring concepts.
To schedule the lesson at anytime in advance with the tutor(s).
To cancel the lesson with proper (24 hours) prior notice.
To decide not to schedule subsequent lesson with any tutor(s) or request another tutor.
Responsibilities of the Student(s):
To provide the tutor with learning materials, including textbooks, lecture notes, handout, formula sheets, etc.
To show up at the tutoring location 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
To do the work on their own without the expectation that the tutor(s) will do the work for them.
To bring learning supplies, such as pen, pencil, eraser, notebook, paper, etc.
